Azuki bean ice cream (by Taru)

I found a new favourite ice cream flavour - the Azuki Red Bean Ice cream 😋. It's so good! There is just something comforting about the mixture of creamy ice cream and sweet beans. Though the texture is a bit like having ice cream with Heinz Beans 😂, but trust me the taste is so much better than that sounds. Apparently Azuki beans are also really healthy for you so you can eat this ice cream with good conscience 😅.
